We couldn’t be happier; the rise of the impossible burger has meant that the vegetable has finally taken centre stage. With Vogue.com confirming this concluding their article by saying that the future of vegetables looks bright.

The Vurger Co has been created with the love, passion and determination to give vegetables the centre stage they so deserve in each of our gourmet plan based burgers.
It’s evident that a large proportion of the city are looking to change their eating habits, to incorporate more veggies into their daily routine. However, with late nights, hard daily routines, the daily grind of London life doesn’t encourage healthy fast food.
Fast food is sometimes limited to your local diner, serving fried fatty foods for a low price. However, with the evident call for healthy alternatives that enforce the demand for a positive environmental stamp, the plant based diet is no doubt the way forward!
RISE OF THE VEGETABLE BASED CAFÉ
The 2016 Mintel global food and drinks report states that global markets are looking to veggie burgers not as the ‘alternative’ option but have affirmed that they could ‘take over the mainstream’.
Not only is this fantastic news for all plant based followers globally, but the environmental impact that this will have will affect everyone’s footprint across the world. With consumers concerned by the origin of products and ingredients, it only solidifies the need for this change.
ONE GIANT LEAP FOR VEGGIE-KIND
Whilst it’s such a wonderful thing that vegetables are finally getting the recognition they so deserve, it needn’t be so complicated!
Our menu is simply just packed with gorgeous vegetables all taking centre stage. The Shroomelt is our take on the standard ‘mushroom’ burger, mixed with onion, thyme and lentils. We top the burger with goat’s cheese and bbq sauce for that melt in your mouth moment, it’s simply divine.
Then we offer the BBQ NUT veggie burger, packed with gluten free brown rice, walnuts and black beans topped with lashings of bbq onions ready to devour. Finally our market stall offers QUIN-WAHH, which has become a favourite in the double stack, made with gluten free quinoa, carrot, garlic and chickpeas topped with our infamous Vurger Slaw!
There is nothing more to it than that…. Just the perfect plant-based pairings in the most divine burger bun.
