We have teamed with the awesome Tom's Kitchen https://www.tomskitchen.co.uk/ to serve up a delicious Veganuary burger to be served in 3 of their sites across London!
Founded by chef Tom Aikens, Tom’s Kitchen currently has four sites across London as well as another site in Birmingham and one international flagship in Istanbul. The London restaurants, located in Chelsea, Canary Wharf, St Katharine Docks, are where our burgers will be available throughout January.
With an emphasis on where food comes from and how it is grown, Tom’s Kitchen is dedicated to using UK-based suppliers and local producers.

We present our take on the Hoisin roll, with a plant based twist!
Hoisin glazed mushroom patty with crispy Pak Choi leaf, topped with hoisin stir fried oyster shrooms and shredded crunchy spring onion, cucumber and red cabbage.
